Jonathan Holgate
BSc (Wine Science)
 After gaining experience in
the Southern Highlands and the Hunter Valley, Jonathan returned
to his preferred cool climate environment to take control of
our 2008 Vintage. Jonathan’s
meticulous approach to winemaking and focus on developing the
natural flavours evident in the fruit from our vineyards is ideally
suited to the style and quality of wines we aim to produce.
Jonathan
holds a degree in Wine Science from Charles Sturt University.

Nick Bulleid
MW MSc BSc (Hons)
Nick Bulleid is an independent wine industry consultant, providing
advice on winemaking, blending, marketing and vineyard development.
He is currently a Visiting Professor at Charles Sturt University,
Wagga Wagga, teaching wine evaluation in the School of Wine and
Food Sciences.
Nick became the third Master of Wine in Australia,
passing the examination in 1992. He regularly judges at several
capital city and regional wine shows in Australia and New Zealand.
