RIESLING
2005 Tertini Riesling

This is a superb wine showing all the signs of a classic Riesling - a fruit driven Riesling showing the quality of our "Yaraandoo" vineyard.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow colour. Lemon/ lime fruit. Intense Riesling with depth and freshness. Good acidity and length.

Wine Analysis: Alcohol = 11.5 %, pH = 3.13, TA = 6.6g/l, Residual Sugar 3.4g/l

Vintage Notes: The 2005 vintage was an exceptional year; a cool start to the year ending with warm, clear blue skies at vintage. Picking dates were 17 and 18/03/05. A good canopy with slight fruit shading contributed to the freshness and intensity of the fruit.

Peak Drinking: Next 5-10 years.
