RIESLING
2005 ‘Tertini’ Riesling

A superb wine showing all the signs of a classic Riesling. A fruit driven Riesling showing the quality of the vineyard.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow colour. Lemon/ lime fruit. Intense Riesling with depth and freshness. Good acidity and length.

Wine Analysis: Alcohol = 11.2 %, pH = 3.02, TA = 7.5

Vintage Notes: The 2005 vintage was an exceptional year. A cool start to the year ending with warm, clear blue skys at vintage. Picking dates were 17 and 18/03/05. A good canopy with slight fruit shading contributed to the freshness and intensity of the fruit.

Peak Drinking: This wine can be enjoyed over the next five years.
