Vintage Notes: The 2006 vintage was again generally warm and
dry, making the life of the vineyard manager a little easier
than most years. The fruit was harvested on 29th March at 12.1
Baume. Yield and vine vigour was limited using new canopy management
techniques ensuring the production of quality fruit.
